All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of original artworks and made-to-order products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection of size or product

Preference changes after purchase

Delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
Original Artwork Sales
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of damage during shipping.
Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us prior to purchase if you would like additional photos, close-ups, or assistance.
Prints & Made-to-Order Products
All prints and made-to-order products are produced specifically for each order. For this reason:

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please see the section below.
Damaged Items / Faulty Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 day of delivery so we can assist as quickly as possible.
To lodge a damage claim, please email:

and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item

Clear photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)

A description of the issue
Once assessed, we will provide the best available resolution, which may include:

Replacement (if available / applicable)

Refund (in rare cases where replacement is not possible)
Damage claims submitted outside the required timeframe may not be accepted.
Shipping Insurance & Responsibility
We take every measure to package your artwork securely. Once your parcel is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.
If shipping insurance is included with your order, we will support you through the claims process where applicable.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

An incorrect address

Incomplete delivery details

Failure to collect from the post office
the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Refunds are not issued for failed delivery due to incorrect address details.
Order Cancellations
As orders are processed quickly, cancellations may not be possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@emilyalicerooney.com.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
