Processing & Dispatch Times
Original Artworks
Original artworks are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are printed to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for printing and processing prior to dispatch.
Please note:

During collection launches, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer
- If your order includes both originals and prints, your order may ship separately
- Shipping Within Australia
All orders are shipped using trusted, tracked courier/postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
For international orders, customers are responsible for any:

Tracking
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Packaging
We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely.
Depending on the item, packaging may include:

Protective sleeves and tissue wrap

Rigid mailers and backing boards (prints)

Reinforced boxes and protective padding (original artworks)
Original artworks are packaged to minimise risk during transit.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To lodge a damage claim, email info@emilyalicerooney with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage

Clear photos of the external packaging (including shipping label)
Once assessed, we will provide the best available resolution, which may include a replacement (if available), or refund.
Claims submitted outside the required timeframe may not be accepted.
Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect from a postal facility

Failed delivery attempts
the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Refunds are not issued for delivery failure caused by incorrect address details.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier first.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist where possible in line with the carrier’s investigation process.
